I wish I was surprised by their attitude, unfortunately it's far too common.

I don't really know what to suggest mate - just give them hell and batter them into submission!

I'm sure there must be some legal bods on here that can help you out?

Just don't let them fob you off with lame excuses - threaten them with violence!

(only joking by the way - violence isn't the answer... well, not all the time anyway
