| I did do a chargeback. A chargeback is basically getting a refund from your bank. The bank will then get the money back from the merchant.
But it involves a hassle of calling the bank, getting papers sent to you, sending in your signature, sending in suporting documents. At least thats what my bank wants me to do.
Just did a search and found the company also operating on ebay The ebay id is "baconcc"
And I noticed they got some negative feedback on March 27, 2007
"Negative feedback rating - I received the wrong bulb & they expect me to return the item on my expense "
