| To not have fitted the dampers is just them trying to cut corners. The BMW fitting instructions clearly state the procedure. I know I have installed them myself.
I wouldn't be in a rush to use that dealer again, they are clearly ripping you off. You shouldn't expect to have to inconvenience yourself by going back twice, when paying that sort of cost. |
