Pretty disappointed, given the order was placed minute the books opened. In Mini Park Lane this morning there seemed to be no fanfare for the launch of either the Mini One or Cooper D, which were nowhere to be seen, nor any literature on the Diesel.

Park Lane are an odd bunch on that score, My GP came from there and as it was the first one they had ordered and delivered I sort of expected something a bit special on hand over, but it was just like picking up an ordinary car really. I think independent dealers may be more enthusiastic as the staff seem to identify with the car and the owners a bit more.
