Thanks for detailing what this means, and now I can say that I've seen it done ... with the most amazing scattered parts on an older GM unit. I wouldn't want to see the effect on our CVT, although it should be programmed to just wait until the revs come down. I wonder if the programming wouldn't protect the equipment (as I'm told the BMW SMG unit is supposedly proofed against this "mistake"). |
