Id say so yes. When I had a test drive the guy told me that even if I wanted a car, he could not get me one until October!!!!
Luckily I dont want to buy one, so no problem there.
I'd say that your best option would be to drive a hard bargain on any dealer fit accessories that you want, as the margins will allow room for better negociation. Such as the aero kit you mention.
A prime example of dealers discounting on accessories was when I had my spots fitted, I ended up paying £250 after receiving three quotes ranging between £380 and £290
Whereas with the Car its a case of they know they can sell it to someone who will pay full whack. Sad but true.
