ALTA seem to be moving the fastest for R56 Cooper S after market parts at the moment...

20 hp increase they are claiming!

in all honesty i would totally believe them! i have nothing but alta parts on my R56 and they are fantastic!!!!!!!

20whp is good, but for those people this side of the pond, I'd keep an eye out for a certain intercooler specialists product appearing for the R56

and its well documented how his spanked Alta's R53 intercooler
