is this a first or second gen exhaust for a cooper

anyone know if this is a r50 or r56 exhaust

Looks to me like a R50 Cooper (x 2 in the pic) but I could be wrong. Looks like the original Cooper exhaust tip.

And I've checked the picture in my Haynes and it's definitely from an R50 Cooper.
