One way or an other, it is an induction kit that can fit to mini.
It is already one built for cooper.
So, let's discuss about the efficiency of these items...

No effect what so ever !

Did a test a few years ago, on 2 NA engines and 1 Turbo diesel
You can see the results here :

I know its in danish, but HK = BHP and Nm is the torque so you should be able to see the difference !

I would like to ask if anyone has installed an induction kit and after that dyno his car.
If yes, the results would be very useful...

With the Alta one you will hear the intake sucking air and the recirc valve blowing off. I don't think you would hear that with the others since they are "closed" solutions.

The scoop has been removed, the sound is awesome and the performance gains very noticeable...

okay i have tried googling it and texting friends who know much more about cars than I (they didnt respond) and I have to know...is there any difference between an Induction Kit and a Cold Air Intake? I mean for God's sake it wasnt on wikipedia! lol anyhow just want to make sure that the Forge Induction Kit is equivalent to a Cold Air Intake and even more so efficient since it links up to the intercooler
