I believe it will be on all models, but so far no sign of it all on official (dealer) documents.

Do we have anywhere the old colours scanned in like these swatches?

I would be keen to see the Space blue and Black eyed purple next to Lightning Blue to see what it's like next to them.

Lightening Blue I was told today I could not have on the new MCS so I had to settle for Lazer Blue.

When is your car due? As far as I was aware Lightning will be on both models, but not until December builds.

Well have kinda sorted spec. Chili, sunroof, hifi and a few other bits. Have been buoyed by the fact that blue is set for December ! Any longer and I would have to have a serious rethink.

I believe it is yes. I can't think of any other new MINI colour it could be.

I sort of assumed it was but wondered if you caught Astro Black in a bad light.

I'm definitely holding out for it now, I think it will look great

I suppose there's a chance of that, to be honest it didn't jump out at me when I was on the tour, I was just snapping away at all the new MINI stuff I could see. So there is a chance you're right! I'll see if I got it from other angles too.

Looking at the full size images I have it looks more blue than anything else, for example.

Looking at the astro black though, the flash light really brings out the blue, so it could be just that. I would have thought had I seen it at the time I'd have realised it!?

looks more like astro black, I'd have thought if it was blue in the flesh it would have stood out a bit more to you Paul.

those 2 modules also look to be at different stages of build which seems weird if they are supplied finished? the top (lightning blue?) one has less painted area along the front & some black plastic mouldings around the fog lights. its also interesting to see from the front-on shot the difference in the size of the lower grille from one to the other, i can only assume one is a Cooper & one a S
