I'm in the U.S. and I'm assuming Mini United is in the UK?

I don't think the US configurator is very accurate, as I think the car is more of a teal blue than steel blue. Is there a chance you can see one in the flesh before you order?

I definitely will try to check out the color in person before going. However, I think I may have seen one on the road today. If the color I saw is the Oxygen Blue (I couldn't tell what year the Mini was and I'm not sure on past lighter blues Mini has offered) then it definitely looks better in person!

Maybe I will go for it after all...so many decisions!

I get to place my order in August!

Nope Mini United is this year in Amersterdam!! A lot of Americans do come over for it, last time it was in Italy (this is only the second one ever!) and we had such a good time and made so many friends, some english, irish, german, american, italian and canadian!! and we're all still in contact and going to meet again this year!!

In fact I have heard that Mini USA are lending all Americans free Minis to drive around the track!!
check out here Mini USA

And here Mini United

If you can make it, it's really really worth coming!!

I just saw the first Oxygen Blue to arrive in Western Australia and it is a fabulous colour, really suits the MINI.

Does this guy actually know what he's doing?

He's bought a base Cooper D with what looks to be only a Panoramic Sunroof, Heated Seats, MINI Hi-Fi Speaker System (which he claims is Harmon Kardon!? ) and White Indicator Lenses; then chipped it (bye bye warranty), fitted some nasty wheels and a Cooper S Spoiler, and expects to get his money back because of an apparent waiting list of 5 months.

Can't see it selling very quickly I'm afraid!

Std seats too I think. Plastic 2 spoke wheel too. Acceptable on a Mini sub 13.5k, but at nudging on £18k, come on!!! Oxygen Blue does look good though

That says it's a petrol mini cooper and it does 0-60 in 10 secs and it says the additional features are 16 bridgespokes when it is wearing the JCW rims.
