We can see NFR on the configurator and on Photoshop pics.

Has anybody seen it in flesh? Has anybody taken pics?

I'd like to see them. (..not sure if it has a brown touch....

)

This little pic from MF doesn't help me very much.

I spoke to MINI customer services about another issue yesterday, and also enquired about this. I was told that NR would go into production week 14 (5th March)

Week 10 commences on 4 March 2007, so wouldn't week 14 commence on 1 April 2007?

I'm getting mine delivered on 16th April, so it should be one of the first in that colour! i'm told it's due at dealers week commencing 9th April, so I may have it sooner - fingers crossed! It should be one of the first seeing as I ordered it in November!

It's been put back a few times, but I got it yesterday afternoon from the horses mouth the colour is deffinately not going into production until week 14 !! that would be leaving it a bit tight for you! I'm hoping to have our car for launch date 14 April.....and I don't think we'll make that !

Is that definitely nightfire red? it looks a little orangey to me??

It's nice, but not what I imagined it to look after seeing the swatch in the dealer, as this look much darker and more deep red. Where were the pics taken?

That looks a lot lighter then the NR i saw being made on VIP day at plant oxford. Could just be the lights on the stand doing it

I thought the same, its not that orange or bright in normal lighting

Definately more blood red than that. I thought the same about BEp when I first saw it at the Birmingham Motor show. I hated it as it was all pearlesent 90s nail polish colour under the show lights. I saw it in the flesh in the daylight and I loved it. Show lighting always make colours look very different. At the VIP day they had sparkling silver with a red fused light over it making it look completely different!

We'll all just have to wait for Jennyannes pictures in April!

If that really is NFR I´m so glad I changed my spec to AB/AB.
Ok that it stand under showlight, but I thought it was going to be a much darker shade of red..
