i am pretty sure the differences is the pins on the base are offset on the amber one to stop you putting a clear one in and then your indicators would not be amber, obviously on the mcs is has amber bulbs all round. can anyone else confirm this who has a mcs cause i am thinking of replacing all me amber bulbs don't like the fried egg effect i have going on

How about the marker lights, just above the fog lights?

I'm looking to swap my fogs, the markers above, the indicaters up front and the side repeaters, so thanks for this thread.

Fog & marker lights below with a superwhite (or similar) to match the white Xenons as much as possible and the Indicaters up front and side repeaters hopefully with clear/white/silver bulbs that flash orange when activated. Any advice on where to find these?

OH!!! And the driving lights, too! What kind of bulbs are in those?

So far, so good.

My front, rear and side indicators are now all Sivatec bulbs (so they look clear, but flash amber). My front fogs and the marker lights above them are going to pe PIAA Yellow Ion Crystal bulbs soon (on order). I'm still working on the driving lights, though. I want to replace then with silverstars, or some type of Hella superwhite buld

Can somone confirm for me the bulb on the driving lights? I'm 90% sure it's an H3... but I don't know how to take the light apart and check. Help, please?

Thanks. I have the xenons for headlights. I was actually looking for the driving light bulb... the pair of auxillary lights mounted on the front bumper, between the headlights. I forgot that the high beams are also referred to as driving lights or main beams in different areas. I do appreciate the effort.

Not quite...

I'm looking for the two accessory spot lights mounted on the front bumper, in front of the front grille (on most cars that have 'em at least). They only come on with the bright/high beam headlights.

Per the dealership: H3

Finally got a chance to call today. Working the graveyard shift (10PM-6AM) I rarely get time to make those "business hours" calls. Thanks again for the help, though.
