I've noticed many with the colour coded bits already, add yours here......

I designed the stripes myself had it all in mind, the offset matt black stripe coupled with a subtle but effective smaller beige stripe.

Where did you get the colour coding done, and how much etc...? (If you dont mind sharing that info

)

Also - What are the wheels? I recognise them but they look quite big, are they genuine Mini wheels? or aftermarket?

have to admit I'm not a huge fan of colour coding, but some cars/colours it really suits, and yours is one of em Rams!

I had the colour coding done by a freind of mine who used to work at BMW body shops, he's an absolute perfectionist.
He did my last car, and I was well pleased with the result, so I had to have him do it again

I can't divudge the price I paid but I can always ask him how much for a certain job.

I bought extra trims for the coding to be done first, costs around £50 for all replacements needed from BMW.
Then we removed the skirts and the lower trims a few days later, the car looks a little unsightley for a few days but hey I'm even more impressed with his work.

The Wheels......After market 18" one of 46 sets!

i just got my mini cooper s 3 month ago. i want to put snow tires on them , preferrably 16"'
tires. ï am having trouble getting rims for it. looks like only the dealer has it.i live in ontario,canada.
does anyone have this problem?

That looks a bizillion times better than standard. If only BMW had listened and made it standard for the R56!

I wonder if I should get my black (when it arrives next year) R56 fully colour coded or just leave it as it is? That white looks great though

Is it me or are the front and rear lower trims a different shade? Not knocking, just quite noticeable.

It's just the shadows that are catching very slightly, that makes it look a little off colour.
In real life it's a spot on match

I wouldn't of accepted anything less
