Have MINI finally turned the corner

I hope so as my car is now in there compound waiting delivery to the dealers

13/02/07 and it looks like the faults have stabilised even though it is very early days in the life of the R56 or am I looking through rose tinted soon to be Laser tinted lenses

Shame BMW didn't out source the R&D to Toyota

Way back in 1999 I bought a brand new Toyota Yaris SR, which is still in the family today, and to date not a single issue despite being bashed crashed battered,bruised and abused by one sprog it's still going strong and is totally rattle and squeak free ... Dare I tempt fate and add 100% reliable and just goes from one service to the next without missing a beat

So if Toyota can do it what the feck has happened to BMW's R&D team and all those 100's of thousand miles testing

Monday 26th February and whilst I have only 3 more days to find out how good bad or ugly the new MCS is going to be ;-) I would say today was a very quiet one on the Faults Forum

TWO Months since original posting and now 12/04/07 and the dust seems to be settling nicely on the original glitches some unlucky few seemed to be suffering.

My Feb build March 1st car with 1200 trouble free miles on it today goes on delivering a thrill every mile driven and with zero aggro

Long may it run so
