Offline | Auto Lights - Cannot set sensitivity I have the automatic lights on my Cooper S and according to the manual I should be able to get to a screen on the Sat Nav system that allows me to change the sensitivity of the on/off trigger. The option is in the manual screenshot but not on my screen. Can anybody shed some light on this? |

Offline | I think I know what you mean - the only thing relating to the lights I could find in the setup menu was around the option that puts them on during the day.... which I switched off because my auto lights seemed to be on far more than they were off. That seems to have done the trick, mind. ST |

Offline | I have adjusted the sensitivity on mine no problem. Just follow the instructions as per the 2nd image in the thread below. http://www.mini2.com/forum/2nd-gen-e...eadlights.html |

Offline | Thanks Purple Dave. The problem is that my Sat Nav System does not have an option to change the sensitivity of the lights. In the 2nd image your referred to, on my system there is no line that says 'Auto Light Control' |

Offline | Have you asked the dealer Chris? Is yours a recent build and do you have the updated split screen function on the sat nav? Just wondering if this is an option that has been removed with the latest update. |

Offline | My Cooper is a March build. I don't know if I have split screen because I have never had the Sat Nav DVD disc installed (the dealer cannot get any discs!). I paid all that money for Sat Nav but have never been able to use it ![]() |

Offline | Sounds to me like you drew the short straw. No Sat Nav DVD that is outrageous. Have you complained to Mini customer service? Also complain to your dealer cos' your menu's aren't right either. |
