Another frustrating MINI experience!

Took my R56 MC into MINI near Stratford for them to fix the overheating centre console and also the banging clutch. This is the second time it has been in for the same two problems. Anyways, i took it in and they had it for almost 5 hours, when i got there to pick it up it was not ready supprise supprise. And today, i opened the bonnet to chck out a rattling sound, which turned out to be the air box which hadent been screwed back on and all the pipes were disconected, moving around in the engine bay! The car has to go back in next week for 3 days so they can fix the problem. Finaly!

dont worry mate, mine's goin back in because the windows still rattle, it sounds like a diesel when under load in any gear (including first - noted when going up multistorey carpark ramps earlier), my chrome around the base of the windows seems to be corroding, and they've not told me about the fuse recall.

nice :/

apparently the fuse for the engine fan is 10A too small, and it's prone to popping, therefore allowing the engine to overheat.
