Hi can anyone help please,

I need a phone number for mini customers service/complaints department.

I have done a search but cant find anything on here.

Doesn't each dealer have there own customer Services department? Try contacting your local dealer

Beleive it or not it is programed into your car. If you go into the menu on the radio there will be an little globe symbol with 'MINI' below it. If you select that it will give you your dealer, emergency, and customer services numbers.

That depends on if your dealer programs this in - mine didn't for some reason
