Don't post often, but very frustrating situation. Have a rattle package in my 07 MCS.

Below 45 degrees F, right part of dash by passenger side rattles at ighway speeds. Have had back to dealer, they've replaced dash. Suspect they don't know how to fix. I've had 3 mini's and this is the worst rattle experienced to date. Amazing thing is above 45 degrees the rattle goes away.

Above 45 degrees, the driver and passenger side windows both rattle. Don't do it below 45 degrees.

Have great relationship with general manager, who has committed to fixing, but after 6,000 miles, it's seriously dimiished my enjoyment of the vehicle.

Anyone having any insight, would appreciate input.

if you have a browse through the forum you will see that the rattles that you have are very common, and cannot be fixed by the dealer.

you either need to put up with them or change the car.

I had rattles from the windows and they where adjusted by the dealer and fixed.

I had some really bad dash rattles and those where looked at too, these improved but have not been fixed. I am learning to live with those, seems to be a part of Mini ownership!
