Offline | Hi Does anyone have some good contact addresses within Mini and preferably a name of one of the top dogs? I would like to write a letter to them to detail the issues we have had with our Cooper S since new, we are getting really fed up with the build & design quality of what is a great car. Here's a list of our problems: Poor door alignment (fixed at second visit by dealer) Bonnet badge missaligned (fixed by deeler) Cold air escaping and blowing on the drivers knee (dealer so far unable to fix) Engine rattle on startup (dealer so far unable to fix) Various cabin rattles (dealer again unable to resolve) I dont think there is anything particularly unique in this list, lots of other people here seem to be having the same problems without any real successfull resolution to the problems. Does anyone have a fault free Cooper S?? ![]() |

| I am not a number!! | MINI customer services MINI UK Ltd Oxford Should get there, but there isn't much point addressing it to 'top dog' or 'big boss' as they probably employ such customer service people to do that job as they in their role of running a company don't really have the time to deal with letters themselves ![]() Why have a dog and bark yourself ![]() Its only a forum you know! ![]() |

Offline | Writing a letter will no doubt get you a bog standard reply that may well refer you back to your supplying dealer. Remember, your contract is with the dealer, not MINI. If I were you, I would write a letter to your dealer principal outlining the existing faults they have failied to fix. If you are REALLY unhappy, tell them you wish to reject the car as it contravenes the supply of goods act. Red/Black R56 Cooper |

Offline | You should write a letter to both the dealer principal and MINI CS. My brother did and his car is currently at the stealers getting it fix (as far as we know), but the list of problems were a lot longer than yours ![]() ![]() The Orange Blob As My Avatar Is The Mascot Of JetAlliance Racing Called 'Carli'. |

Offline | I do As usual people post more about imperfections rather than saying there are no problems. Hope you get your issues resolved though.Global Moderator ![]() |
