Key Fob - Chrome trim ring

Key Fob Trim Ring

I know this has been mentioned before but can anybody confirm that this ring is available seperately and what is the part no. I cannot find it on RealOEM.

These things crack / split very easily..............i haven't even dropped it, and i want to replace it.

Thanks,

C.

Does anyone know how to replace the plastic chrome ring around the keyfob?

I am picking up 2 new chrome rings spares today at the dealer. I can't believe MINI has used such brittle piece of plastic on a high wear item like the key.

The retail for the part here in the US is $20.10 each.
