Smoke from turbo for every mcs??

Hallo

reading on an italian MINI site, I've been aware of this issue:

Cars: MCS R56

Broken part: see the attached picture. Near the turbo there are two hoses. One of them (I don't know exactly what it is) is the High Pressure Oil Hose which may be breaken with a big cloud of smoke.

Consequences: the car cannot be moved again. Assistance required

Frequency of the issue: common. Several people had this fault and many dealers are aware of it

Mileage: from 25.000km to 60.000km

Build date of MCS: unknown but, considering the mileage, they're probably the earlier cars

What do you think of it? Is it a common fault? Are there updated components?
