Looking at the R56 brochure, it says boost is standard
Yet I sat in a car on Saturday that said wave on the cd

Builds seem to be all over the place on the pre production models

Boost is standard on the Cooper & S though.

Maybe wave will be for the One

In the german configurator Wave seems to be standard on both the Cooper and S. Boost is a €200 option.

Olly's right Mike, BOOST is standard on UK cars (has been for a little over a year now) so looks like the car you sat in on Saturday had a European (German by the sound of things) spec head unit fitted.

Good old pre-production hey?
