Seat belts

An annoying wee thing I noticed is you get in the car, shut the door, and then pull to find the seat belt........and then find the metal clip is jammed betwen the seat and the lovely polished finish door rings you paid extra for. Fine if you are a shortarse because the seat is further forward, but if not, you risk scratching the finish with the seatbelt. I have taken to grabbing the seatbelt before closing the door, has anyone else found this?

Yep I have the same problem on my R56. I have ordered the seat belt extender clip thingy that attatches to the headrest. I am told this will help the matter.

I have the seat belt holders fitted and think they make a big difference

No, me neither. Position the sliding collar, so the belt clip doesn't slide down too low.

You get them from your Mini dealer. A pair costs £19.95. And they look like this
