Offline | ignition With a regular car ignition you obviously have the half way point where you click on the electrics, e.g heater, stereo, lights etc With the new Start/ Stop button on the R56, how does this work? does it all come on as soon as the key is inserted? ![]() |

Offline | If you press the button without your foot on the clutch (which is required to start the car), you can switch on and off the electrics, like in a tradition cars "position 2" on the ignition switch. If you have comfort access it goes into "radio readiness" as soon as you get in, or if you don't, when you dock the key. |
