You getting the tweters in the pillars ?

Tweeter pillars are well worth the small increase in cost

It brings the whole sound stage further forward (like at a concert) Instead of then firing at stomach level

I got them...and it sounds very good. I would have thought it better getting done... yes, it is more expensive, but at end of day it is a not a cheap upgrade so what difference will a few more ££ make

Thankfully the car is looking a lot better now and is all in one piece but that is pretty scarry seeing it like that lol. Anyway the system is awesome have given it a good testing all night and I love it, it is a huge huge improovement and worth every penny.
Also I can't praise Mike and everyone enough they were a great help on what to do all day, droped us at the train station and were great people to deal with.
So thank you very very much Mike, the speakers are awesome and a seemless fit was a very enjoyable day and has produced some awesome sound

Mikey

can your super cool upgrade be fitted in a car that has the MINI (very poor sounding hifi upgrade) already fitted? The reason i ask this is,i am looking for another R56 and found a nice one,but it has the hifi upgrade. I was so impressed with your R56 upgrade you did for me last summer and wanted to have the same fitted in my next car.

Daft question time

Ok, can anyone tell me if the Sub fitted under the passenger seat affects the passenger seat height adjustment at all ? e.g. can you still have it on its lowest setting, as we have both our drivers and passenger seats on their lowest possible setting.

TIA

RBW

If you mean the amp that is fitted under the passenger seat...then no, it does not make any difference, Both of my seats are at lowest setting and no issues at all.

Amp !

FergusM, yes, sorry I meant the Amp..

Thanks, thats brilliant information, just what I wanted to know.

MCS being picked up tomorrow, decided against the hi-fi, already asked Mikey a few (stoopid) questions, so will hopefully get it booked in in a couple of weeks time.

The amp is sunk into the floor..actually really hard to find and you would honestly not know it was there unless looking.

I have 2 kids so seats pulled forwards loads and still struggle to see it... it really is a excellent place to hide the amp.
