hi all ive orderd a mini cooper d and im just wondering if it will have the aux in??? cos if it has whats the point in having the i-pod function????

the ipod link is there so you can control the ipod from the steering wheel/head unit iirc

it brings up the folders and songs too i think. plus it gives better quality sound than the aux in

as m1tch says, plus it also charges your ipod

yeah I think they all come with the aux as standard now - someone else may be able to confirm tho, cos I could be wrong
