Does anyone know where I can read or hopefully download a copy of the manual for the radio on the new r56? I recently ordered one and am very curious about the radio.

What spec have you go? The manual is really one of the worst pieces of instruction I've ever had the displeasure to try and read! I got more help when I was stuck by a) Doing it myself and b) Someone on here explained the DAB function (obviously not an issue in the US).

At this time we're not allowed to reproduce official instructions as they're copyright BMW/MINI and we have not been given permission to do so.

If you can program a video, you should be OK with the radio.

When you get your new car home, just stay sat in the drivers seat and fiddle away.

If you see what I mean.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I am sure I will be able to figure out the radio when I get the car. The wait is killing me, and I was mostly just looking for something of the new MINI to read. I have already read the vehicle owner's manual from cover to cover. I have an '05 MC, so I thought the wait wouldn't be so bad, but.. IT IS!

i understand, i did exactly the same thing, i read the owner's manual a100 times i guess

be patient, the wait is long but worth it so much

The manual of the old MINI's radio wasn't much better!

I had to read both the manual in Spanish and one in English (that I downloaded from MINI motoring) in order to understand it a little better!
