Short Throw R56

Has anyone here put on a short throw shifter on their R56??? i have the alta one but i wanted to get some other people's ideas on how they like/dislike their short throws and more specifically what brand you're using... i have my alta R56 short throw set on the second setting for a shorter shift than stock but not the shortest throw....

any comments, ideas or anything???
