Door trim

I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I am going to placing my order in the new year, but one part of the interior is really annoying me and I have seen different finishes on a number of cars. Basically I'm refering to the piece of trim connecting the door arm rest to the speaker below the lock.

I plan on getting the aluminium interior and I have seen pictures with this piece of trim in aluminium. However, I have also seen cars with the trim in a standard black plastic.

Having seen this in the showroom, I think it really lets the car down. Can anyone confirm whether having aluminium interior ensures that this piece of trim is covered?

Cheers

Nice one MiniAC, really appreciate that.

That was the only thing that was worrying me. It looks so much better in aluminium.
