Hi

Those of you that have your R56 with an Ipod connector and the multifuntions steering wheel I have some questions for you.

1 Does it work glitch free

2 Does it play all your music including the stuff transfered from your CD's

3 Where did three go? i had to edit this??????

4 is thee a better place than the glove box?

depends on the connector cable you use

1 3.5mm ends from headphone to aux in just connects and no control fro steering wheel apart from volume

2 proper adapter kit well read the forums as people have these and are happy

as for content well it is digital and therefore should play anything

I have the full kit...and everything on my iPOD plays fine..

Cool ive read so much that i wondered what to think about it.

Should I get it led to somewhere other than the glove box. Its just I have an extensive sellection of gloves to put in there!

I have to say that I'm so glad I spec'd the iPod connection - glitch free and plays all my tunes!
And the car is'nt full to the brim with about 40 million CD cases

mine is in the "storage compartment"....nicely out iof sight, and to be honest the compartment is so small that it is pretty useless for anything else..

... there is a space that has just the right size for an iPod Classic, so it does not occupy any space in the glove box - and it doesn't bounce all over the place in the glove box when you drive a bit harder!

Is the storage compartment the glove box ? Is this lockable????????? My 60gb ipod going walkabout would be like losing an arm!

where else can it go?

Storage compartment was is an option... came with my Chilli pack... it is a pop out area in middle of dash on passenger side. It is not lockable, but if you dont know where to look you'd never know it was there..
