Blue Cooper Dash lights R56 "S"

I would like to change all the bulbs in my dash to blue ones. Has anyone had one apart and know what type of bulbs I need? And does anyone know exactly how to pull it all apart? I just got my MCS 3 weeks ago, and I always work on my own vehicles and I hate leaving things stock! Any help would be great!

This does look great & I would like it done myself.....but would it affect your warranty in any way?

Having had the dash lighting upgrade on my own MINI I double-checked with the MINI dealer on warranty and was assured by them that this cosmetic modification would not affect the warranty at all.

i think it looks stunning (currently drive a VW at the moment with the blue and red interior lighting and would love to take it with me into my new mini)

i have a few questions please

will it work with the sat nav - round the screen and the auto air con screen?
will it deff have no effect on the warranty?
is it reversible back to the original state?
will it be a diy job?
and will it be expensive ?
