Okay... I posted a while back about how much I dislike the stock speaker system in the R56.

Well... I really need to do something about it, but since I live in Japan it's hard to find a good audio shop to work on a MINI.

As such, I believe that I'll have to do the install myself. I'm handy, but I have limited tools and I've never done car audio before. I think that the best I can hope for is just to do a direct replacement of the speakers...

So... I have a few questions.

1) what speakers can be replaced? All of them?
2) I don't think that I can rewire anything, so I can use the current wires, right?
3) What specs should I get so that the speakers fit and function properly?
