HI,

Got a Parrot 3100 LCD kit for Xmas and thinking about getting round to installing it.

Parrot: Bluetooth Car Kits: Parrot CK3100 Advanced Bluetooth Car Kit (Black Edition): Description

I know its an involved job getting to the cabling behind the Heater/front fascia area but i have done all my installs in my previous cars.

I'm a a bit in the dark as to what ISO-to MINI cable I need.

Has anyone successfully used the following cable on the Parrot website:

Parrot PC000006AA Adapter (BMW)
Parrot: Cables and Connectors: Parrot PC000006AA Adapter (BMW): Description

Been looking on:

I see Mikey does a cable PLUS all important installation instructions.

Anyone had experience of this?

If I get the cable from the Parrot web site, has anyone made any notes /pictures when disassembling the dashboard to get to the stereo cabling?

I got Mikey to install a Parrot Evo to my car..works off the steering wheel buttons... but can't be any help in how he did it. All I can say is that I'm sure if you get the bits from Mikey it'll work.

The cable you mention from parrot will NOT work - it is for the 1st gen Mini
The one you mention from me WILL work
