Placed my order for 3rd Cooper S a few weeks ago, now in time waiting am going through the spec yet again as have another week before it goes into build in order to make final changes to this.

Exterior is Chili Red with black roof/mirrors and seats are Punch Leather in Carbon Black.

I've spec'd Piano Black interior trim and the Chrome-Line interior with Colour Line Dark Grey as I love the Piano Black and currently have the Chrome-Line in my car and love it too. Am just not sure if this combo will work as mostly see it with Colour Line Rooster Red.

Does anyone have the same combination as I've gone for or can offer advice on whether it'll look okay?

Hi yer iv got exactly the same comdo on my r56 one (chillired with black roof, punch seats and grey colour line) I am really pleased with it looks really sporty. I didn't go for the rooster red as it annoys me the way it is just slightly different colour to the outside (imo). About your speck; yer works really well however if you have darkened glass or/and anthracite head lining some people may find it a bit dark but unless you have both of those I think you will love it, i love mine!!! (i can post some pics later if you want)

I have your spec, plus darkened glass and anthracite and I love it. Nice dark contrast to the PW exterior.

Yeah, the anthracite lining does make the interior quite dark - mind you I have an all black interior too (apart from blue colour line)

I have just ordered chili red blackroof and with regards to the interior i went for rooster red colour line, chrome interior, darkened rear glass, anthracite roof lining, and clth/lea ray carbon black seats the only thing i was worried about if a spec dark colour line it would be a bit to dark thats why i opted for rooster red give it a bit of colour. Didnt know if to get all windows darkened or just opt for the rear
