Direct front speaker Replacement??

Hi I am going to install mikey's new rear package 2 which he has just added for easy DIY installation. However I am worriedd that the sound difference will not be as great as I want it in the front as i still have the standard speakers there, is this the case??

So I am looking at simply replacing the front speakers, has anyone got any good suggestions for what to go for?
I have been looking at clarion 2 way component speakers as that is what mikey uses?? here is a link:

And also is it just a case of splicing and putting the new ones in the front?

Any help would be great

There not what I use (they're not as good)
If your doing the fronts you need to splice into the front wires & run it to a crossover, mount the crossover, then run wires from the crossover to the mid & tweeter
