Hi!

I Want to know if chrome line interior is a good option to go with chili pack!!
I think Chili pack includes additional decor rings inside.... Do you think this looks good without chrome line interior?

I'm a chrome interior person so I'd say it's a must. But it might depend on what other choices you've made for the interior.

Id go for it,it makes the inside feel alot classier and more expensive for not alot of cash.

My interior is very simple, the one that comes with chili pack: colour line dark grey and pure white silver in front and carbon black on the doors, half leathered seats in carbon black, etc.
Chili pack is more sport so i don't know if it goes well with a classic chrome line interior... But the additional rings that come with the pack may look very nice wiht the rest... does anyone has photos?

I dont have the Chrome Interior in mine, I like it, but didnt want it in my own car.

Ive got Dark Grey Colour line and Fluid Silver Trim, so it all matches perfectly

Thanks!! Now i am having second thoughts about all black interior doors...
There is one thing i don't quite understand about those additional decor rings: yours are silver, matching the interior... but in my case, choosing black interior, the additional rings come in what colour? Silver? Black? I am confused..... and choosing chrome line interior, does it all come in chrome?

If the Chrome Line Interior is specced these bits are Chrome - dashboard vents, speedo, rev counter, and ring around the gear lever....

....if you spec an additional interior surface or have upholstery in clth/lea or leather then these bits are also Chrome - door handles, door speakers, front and rear cup holders.

Not 100% sure what the additional decor rings actually are though unless they are my silver rings

It is a bit confusing right?
But it i don't spec chrome line interior, like in your case, those rings (around door handles, door speakers, front and rear cup holders), aren't in chrome but according to your silver interior! I think that's what they mean with additional decor rings!
i just don't know if i choose all black interior, those bits come in silver or in black, but i think it is in silver...

Hehe, no worries As far as I can tell, if you dont spec chrome then they will be silver - can you ask someone at your local dealership before you order?

My dealer is not very used to minis, he's bmw's dealer!!

I'd go for the chrome line interior - got it in my S and feel it just brightens up the interior nicely

I had some after market chrome rings on my previous MO which looked great, has anyone heard of any aftermarket chrome kit for the R56, I've had a look and as yet haven't found any.

For the extra £35, I think this is a must option for most MINI Interior configs . Just gives that extra touch to the interior. Even if you're not getting the sat nav stuff (if you take a dislike to the Boost CD system), it's worth it.

As far as I am aware Jo the additional decor rings are the chrome rings around the two speakers in the door on either side.

Sadly I don't think they add any more than the ones around the speakers.
