Offline | Hi Blubabe, they're are the official BMW panels, only took 30mins to fit, the drivers side dead easy to change just pulls off, passenger side takes a bit more work. Neilians ![]() |

Offline | Hi Bluebabe, the main trims are the BMW/MINI parts, they cost just over £105 from main dealer. Hi Bonj, I got the centre panel domed decal from Aesthetic Creations in the USA for about £30 depending on exchange rate, they deliver to the UK. They match the MINI parts very well & easy to fit as self adhesive. |

| Bad To The Bone | Dash fitting advice? Hey Neilians. Sorry if this comes across more stupid! ![]() Did you come across instructions for the fitting of the dash and if so where? or did you just work it out! It looks like the passenger side screws on from the underneath/inside of the secret compartmrnt door. I have no idea how the drivers side can be pulled off! They look so good I am def going to do it myself somehow! I have ordered the centre consul vinyl from aesethtic creations, boy they are a long time coming! ![]() At least they pre warn you about the delay with explanation on the site! Any advice would be appreciated. Regards Bluebabe ![]() Check Point Charlie |

Offline | The drivers side is the easy one, just drop the steering wheel adjustment as low as you can then get your fingers in the gap between the panel & steering column & pull towards you, it'll just pop off. You can take the tacho off to give yourself more space but I managed to wangle it out. The passenger side is a bit more tricky as including the screws it clips over the hinged door frame & you need to get wedges in to release the clips, I'd recommend getting the panel removal tools from Mike the MINI at New MINI stuff. There's lots of creaking plastic sounds but just take your time & it'll eventually come free. When fitting the Aesthetic Creations centre consul panel I'd recommend having a hair drier to hand on it's lowest setting to warm the decal so it follows the curve of the panel & also warms the adhesive so it bonds better. I was impressed with the decals as the finish matches the MINI parts very well. What finish are you going for ? Good luck ! Ian ![]() |

| Bad To The Bone | Thanks Neilians Thanks a million Neilians! ![]() The advice will help! I will probably take your advice to get the tool kit from mikey the mini. The finish will be the same as yours as I am doing a check theme throughout! ![]() Will post up as I progress. Keep a look out! Thanks again Bluebabe!! ![]() Check Point Charlie |
