Ok here goes

Been out to the car tonight to get something and obviously its dark (). Now, I leave my lights on the on position all the time, so when I unlock the car the side lights come on, as do the speedo lights, rev counter etc.

The first time I unlocked the car the MFSW lights came on as well. I locked the car and then had to unlock it again, this time the MFSW lights didnt come on. Strange I thought, so I thought id try it again after a while...nope still no MFSW lights on unlocking Tried it again and BINGO! the MFSW lights come on Tried it one last time...nope no lights

By now im totally confused as to why they sometimes come on and othertimes not?!

Then I realised that when I locked the car and all the lights went off, there was one still alight and glowing orange in the car - the Start/Stop Ignition Button. I waited for ages and it didnt go out Just been outside again and its now gone out.

Maybe I notice far too much and am too paranoid with the car these days (who'd blame me?!) but why does that one single light stay on?!

Im not fussed about it, its doing no harm, but im just intrigued
