Instrument Lights

I've looke through my owners manual but still cannot seem to dim/brighten the orange lights on the rev counter and speedo???

The left hand button on the rev counter dims and adjusts the interior lighting but not the instruments as such. I did try it with the headlights on and off but again only the interior lights adjusted in the manner described in the owners handbook.

Is the instrument lighting adjustable??

i think if you keep pressing the left hand button it dims & if you hold it down it gets brighter

There is also a sensor built into the rev counter so that varies the brightness over and above the adjustment that Berty mentioned.
