That's great news Neil. Yep i bet your dealer has got more than one demo kit which includes the R109's. Make sure you push him harder for a discount

The R109's off of my kit are going on another customers car.

Called in at Blue Bell Crewe this afternoon to have a look at their Works, managed to get the keys and had a listen but did'nt have chance to go for a drive. I thought the exhaust made a really crisp noise and instead of popping noise on the run off it makes a loud cracking sound, I was very impressed stood outside, but i'm still not sure enough noise will make it into the cabin.
Dean tried to order me kit yesterday as they were showing 16 in stock ,but these are still reserved for dealers and BMW are still saying mid September for customer cars. On a brighter note there is'nt any fault on the software with kit, but they are having trouble installing anything that requires coding on July build forward cars and on their car the Works kit has put on the wheel sensor warning light.

The badge is held on by a couple of nuts and you can put it anywhere you want on the top or bottom grill, why don't you go for bottom grill discreet look of the last Works kit.

That would be my preffered option...was beginning to wonder if it was there for a reason though as all of the R56's with the kit I have seen (all three of them) have the badge there.....

In the pictures of 2008 Challenge car the front badge has made its way back down to the bottom grill.

Somebody who has driven the R56 CS with a JCW Kit, Please, let me know how it goes compared to the standard MCS Chilli I have. I am waiting for my kit herer in Oz and i the anticipation is killing me.

And yes, it'll be good to see the JCW tuning Kit plus the GTT stealth Mod works out. Also does anyone know if we get the same standard setup as the UK/Euro versions?

Well i'm driving the std MCS demo tomorrow night again and then the JCW kit is being fitted Monday so i'll drive it again with the kit next week. Good chance for me to do a back to back before picking mine up.

My car arrived yesterday and my kit tomorrow..........and i have 2 more loooooooonnnnng weeks to wait

I just asked my dealer here in Canada when the JCW kit would be out for my 2nd generation MCS and he said he'd not heard a date. Definitely interested to add that to my vehicle.

As a newbie on the forum, I'm also interested to know what other mods people are running to get more power....
