Online | Hello all, Yesterday I had the JCW stage one kit fitted - early thoughts are that it has a bit more poke in the lower gear ranges... I am really looking forward to taking it out this weekend tho! Everything seemed to go to plan for me - It all got done in a day (although was tight towards the end - although not that tight as they still seemed to find time to wash the beast :P). One thing that I remembered to do was to ask for all the bits that they take off... the one part that I need to go back and get is the exhaust tips... They should make great paperweights on my desk at work ![]() I think that they may have also put the front badge in the wrong place??? It looks like it is way too far to the centre (my Graphic Designer girlfriend pointed it out) I recall someone in this thread mentioning where it should be... might be a small job for me to change it on the weekend... |

Offline | I recently got my Mini Cooper S Works stage 1 kit dyno'd and i was very impressed. it hit 187.3bhp at the wheels which means its 207.3 at the fly wheel. in very cold conditions and a very nasty day.lol Very chuffed with the results considering its suppose to be 192 at the flywheels. i have also fitted the forge bov and once its heated up it sound pretty good with its flittering swwoooshh. |
