Where to put the Works badge?

I have a dilema........where do i put the Works badge which is fitted to the front of the car.
Ive seen a few pics and they are on the top front grill. I cant put it there because it would be hidden by the Spotlamps, so should it go on the bottom nearside as per the old Works?

Washy is the only one I know with spots and JCW. I'll have the same question when I get the upgrade

Tony,

I think that is the best and most logical placement, and that is where it is shown on the 2008 Racer too.

I wanted mine on the lower grille....but there was a bit of a communication breakdown and I ended up with mine in the upper grille on the right hand side just inboard of my driving lamp...I will post a pic later.

Putting the badges on a non JCW tuned car is just plain wrong anyway IMO.

If someone can get their hands on the official fitting guide it will tell you the exact placement for the badge including measurements. I remember this from when the original conversion for the S came out as some dealers didn't read the instructions correctly and mounted the badge on the drivers side (UK) instead of the passenger side of the front grill.

It was acceptable in the 80's

Cheers Derek

Yes it does seem like the proper place on the R56 but i think its better on the lower nearside (as per the older ones)

Have to agree there Tony but i think if you do not have the body kit it may look better on the bottom as you say nice black car on that link though
