Offline | JCW R56 Side Skirts Query Looking into changing my standard R56 side skirts with those made by JCW, any idea on cost, perhaps also the oem part no. as it does not seem to be listed in the RealOEM.com Online BMW Parts Catalog site? Also, do they actually come primed or in the standard black plastic? |

Offline | 118 i don't think they would have been factory painted but dealer painted, as i have tried hard to get factory painted skirts for our car not an option yet, some dealer painted skirts i have seen have had paint some of the paint at the arches come off, not only on Mini but other cars as well, so i wanted factory painted option , hope this make's my info clearer sorry for confusing the issue ![]() |

Offline | Thanks guys, now I just need to write down all the parts I need and head to the dealer for a price quote. I am hoping that they do not come primed, actually thinking of leaving them in the original black plastic colour and get the air vents painted instead! |

Offline | I live out in the rural area and some roads are just terrible, so having side skirts or wheel arches painted will just quickly result in paint chips and scratches. I like the design of the JCW side skirts very much, so was hoping to change them with my standard MCS ones, maybe just colouring the air vents in body colour or white to match my wheels, mirrors and roof! |
