Online | How on earth do you get good throttle response on that engine . Just look at the journey air makes from the filter through to the cylinders. I don't doubt it works I am just amazed.![]() Some people are like a Slinky ........ not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you shove them down the stairs |

Offline | They would have been hard pushed to get it under £20k - but I still think this is good value... Given the choice when speccing a new hardtop, I wouldn't spec aircon. I know its supposedly crucial for resale - well, mine sold without it... ![]() |

| Giggity-goo! | Yeah but was that 'cos you threw in a copy of your karaoke performance of Johnny B Goode to sweeten the deal? ![]() I would spec aircon personally, not for resale but just for the odd time in the UK it is truly hot and humid. ![]() |

Offline | It definately is good value from what I've read. With regards to the air con, if you're going for a "performance car", which the JCW Mini is; why do you want climate control to play with when you're buying the car for the driving experience? I guess most people will go for the JCW Aero Kit rather than the auto-aircon option with this car .This is why I've refused to go for auto aircon as I don't personally think the money is worth spending when I'm going for all the JCW Kit and a better exterior looking MINI . |

| Ambitious, but useless | Huge things!! Bigger than the standard wheels on the One/Cooper ![]() ![]() Thats the only standard equipment list i can find at the mo Still not sure why the Hi-Fi is standard but hey So far then, I don't think I'd tick any options.Last edited by mister.t : Feb 26th, 2008 at 11:23 AM. Online | "The brake discs are approximately 22mm larger than on the standard Cooper S". The front discs on the Cooper S are 294mm, putting the works at 316mm, less than 12.5 inches. |

Online | still sounds liek loads of options needed to be ticked. Your now getting up to Golf R32 levels of price, scary. Although i'm happy as owning a descent R53 i thought they were gonna release a fast R56, seems they've just gone for a tame one |

![]() Toon Toon.. | I would have thought the JCW seats and kit would be included. Ok.......so what is? Super dooper JCW Challenge tuned engine.. Super dooper JCW Challenge tuned suspension.. Super dooper JCW Challenge tuned brakes.. Dynamic Traction Control.......whatever that is? Still a lot of money for what you're getting. Global Moderator ![]() |
