if they use their new twin turbo system like they will be doing on the 3 series coupe, then the New Cooper S should be a monster with at least 250+ Hp.

I just wish someone in Mini Design would make a Rear-Wheel Drive variant. That would be sweet!

Imagine Cooper S's with more power than a Lotus Exige with RWD, and about the same wieght!

The new Cooper S will have 170 hp just like the current one.

It will have a twin-scroll turbo not a twin turbo

Can anyone point me to any sites where there is information on the new shape MINI please

I can't find anything at all, i can't find anything but a picture of a concept traveller design

www.mini2.com/news.html has LOTS of information (including the various traveller concepts). This forum (future variants) has more information and images than probably anywhere else on the net. Remember also that nothing is confirmed at this stage by MINI. There's also a sticky in the General Discussion forum with some selected spy shots, and a vote/debate on current versus future.

Best bet is to read this forum and the MINI2 news section though.
