Any thought that chrome slats might be a production order option? Any word on how the aerokit might look for the R56?

Details on the original aerokit were not released until after the original MINI's release and it wasn't available until 6 months after launch either. This could be the same for the new car.

From what Paul has said there will be a slatted grill option for the Cooper but the S comes with the honeycomb as standard much like the S comes with a body coloured grill as standard now.

I guess with the standard S grill very similar to the current aerokit with the honeycomb grill, will they even offer an aerokit, and if so, how would that change the look of the grill. I really hope they offer a chrome slats option.
