Question Is this the sound of the engine of the new Mini Cooper S?

http://www.mini.com/com/en/general/homepage/index.jsp

It sounds awesome.

Not bloody likely.
Doesn't even sound like a 4 cylinder engine.

If you watch the videos of the new car posted in the news section you'll hear the new engine, and it's not that.

This has been discussed before in another thread. The sound on the MINI site is a V8.

It was acceptable in the 80's
