Finally my new Cooper S has been produced!!! Just yesterday!!!!
Now waiting for delivery...A longer wait because the car has to arrive in Italy;I hope by train so it should arrive quickly!

Picked up my MCS this morning

After the delays I was kinda expecting something to go wrong, but the hand over went smoothly. Managed to get the price of the shortfall insurance knocked down and a free backpack of mini cleaning products.

Really pleased with the aerokit, and the performance of the car even considering I'm being gentle with it. The sports suspension could be slightly harder IMO but it does ride well and is really comfortable.

Better pics to follow in the future when I clean her.

Picked mine up this morning, I love it worth the wait. I've done a 100 miles already. Here is a pic, will try and do some more over the next few days.

Yeah its laser blue, got a phone call yesterday saying that my car is due to arrive wednesday just awaiting a cover note of the insurance to transfer my pvt plate over hopefully will pick up friday depends who quick the DVLA are, and hopefully there is not going to be any promblems with the software of the ipod connector like everyone else is having.

Yep, it's defo Laser Blue. I love it, just been outside setting my personal profile. Took me a while to work it out, but easy once you know.

I can't believe how much more refined it is than my Cooper, but goes like stink!!!!

My AB Cooper S was delivered to work on Friday!! Just got a few crappy pics from my phone, ill get some nicer ones once its been washed!

I'm really pleased with the chrome line exterior, finishes it off really well!

And Benny, those panel shut-lines around the infamous bonnet/wheel arch join look to be absolutely perfect!

Quick, get these images to all BMW dealers ASAP, so they know what they should be aiming for before handing over new cars. There still seems to be way too many people posting images of their R56s on MINI2 with wonky bonnet alignment, or wheel arch panel gaps you could drive a bus through!!!
