Hello everyone,
I just purchased a Mellow Yellow & Black "S" on Saturday the 16th!
This joins my 2006 Red/Black "S" that's already in the garage... ...wife and I were constantly fighting over it so we got a second...

New to this forum but I'm a regular on our Honda Goldwing forum.

I'm hoping mostly to get tech advice/direction/sympathy from the site and maybe find some people to motor with in the mountains. We ride the bike all year unless the snow is deep and use the cars mostly to commute.
There are those times though when Deals Gap, The Cherohala, and Wolfpen Gap Road call me and I use the Mini to answer...

Haven't really had her about yet; the backdrop in the company parking lot doesn't make for a good photo op...
I'll see if I can get her dirty on Sunday and snap a pic or two in the mountains.

They do look cute together in the garage; I can almost imagine them staying up late, giggling, and telling each other fairytales...

Hi,

Just wanted to say hello I'm new to the forum. I had a cooper for 2years and traded it in for a R56 MCS

(2nd hand actually!) Its got a good spec in laser blue. This forum helped with a lot of choices, and look forward to using it more in the future. And I've attached a pic for your pleasure.

Just waiting on my mini cooper S arriving from mini.Its dark silver and i was tinking of putting the viper stripes on but did not whether to get black or the lighter silver.Anybody any suggestions or photos.

Picked mine up earlier in the week...Red/White...with Sat Nav, DAB, Limited Slip Diff, Sports Suspension, among other things....having custom vinyls created for the roof...will post pictures when complete.

Much better than my previous MCS (52 reg)...planning a long trip this weekend...can't wait....oh and I love the Sport button!

Finally have our new baby in the family, its still has its older, wiser big brother to watch out for it though!

Love the extra grunt of the new Cooper S, but I still pine for the whine of the original, lucky I have both huh!

After much deliberation part-exchanged my 04 Honda Civic Type-R for a new MCS. Got it today: -
Chili Red all over
Chili Pack
LSD
And a few other other extras
Very pleased so far, did 100 miles in pouring rain with no leaks + 41.3 mpg

The seats were definately an OTT purchase, but they are heated and very comfortable compared to old jcw's.

The spolier has had that reaction! It is my attempt to continue the theme from my GP

I see you had the arches colour coded but you didn't carry that on to the bumpers or the side skirts!? Any reason or is that still to come?

Ben, I asked the dealer to colour code the car and the arches is how it came! I am having an ongoing battle with them to get the rest done for the price that i paid. I am sure it will be resolved, well hopefully without me spending more money.
